EncoreLive has an output engine that is without question the most powerful in the marketplace, offering you unrivalled options and flexibility. Any property can be printed through any full particulars template, coupled with a selection of summary sheets, window cards etc. Photographs can be incorporated and displayed as standard or with rotations and masks, for example it enables you to display photographs as ovals, with rounded corners or in soft focus.

Any printed item can be emailed as a PDF attachment. File size is optimised depending on the template used, and the size of the final displayed image, ensuring the file size is as small as possible but offering the best quality.
If you do not wish to email attachments, HTML embedded emails can be created. There is no limit to the number of templates you can use within the system and they can incorporate logos and any number of images. These are very efficient in terms of file size and also link to the property live on the internet.
EncoreLive also offers the ability to create finished press adverts, using a drag and drop advertising designer, incorporating all of your artwork and status flashes. This can produce a professional quality PDF which can be emailed directly to the publication.
