As part of Core Systems' commitment to provide outstanding customer care, we are happy to liaise with your chosen hardware supplier to ensure the correct infrastructure is in place to support EncoreLive.
As you'd expect from a market leader, we take the time to customise your software before your installation allowing you to easily brand everything you produce from day one onwards, plus this service is completely free of charge. EncoreLive can be customised to your requirements and corporate identity for:

Training
Training can be either at your office premises or in our training facility at Wolverhampton .
It is essential that you make time for your staff to be trained properly and that they are given time to practise and implement what they have learnt.
Our experienced trainers will train your staff in small groups, encouraging them to use the software during the training session. |
Usually there are two days training, the first being an installation and training day, where all the basic skills for using EncoreLive will be covered. This should enable your staff to enter all the key information into the system and start to run your office with it.
The second day of training is an advanced course, ensuring that you and your staff can get the best from EncoreLive and make the most of its many features and functions.
Training at our offices can be on an individual basis or part of a mixed group and we offer a range of different courses:

Core Systems' support team have earned a reputation for outstanding support and service within this industry. Our aim is to continue to enhance this reputation.
Our support staff are friendly and technically skilled, so that they can help you with any enquiry about EncoreLive in an efficient manner but in a language that you can fully understand.
