"We started using Encore32 back in 1997 and were one of Mr Geoff Cores first customers at that time.     That system worked very well for us for many years but when we saw the new EncoreLive in Summer 2007 we immediately decided that this product was a major advancement in both the software and technology.  Installation was carried out for us in October 2007 and we have been delighted with it ever since.
    The most important role that we achieved with EncoreLive was being able to operate all our five offices as if they were one.  In addition we are now able to plan our valuers and negotiators diaries so that interoffice valuations could be arranged together with deployment of staff to cover changing roles.      Every action taken and recorded is viewable in every office which makes life much easier for our staff and customers in the dissemination of knowledge on connected property sales and lettings.
    The reports function is great for obtaining past information to achieve forward planning and also keeping control over office listings and turnover.  We use the property details function to produce quality in house details and export to our custom printer for the bespoke brochures.  From the point of taking on a residence we can now have that home listed and uploaded to the internet in under one hour.
    Finally I would add that the Encore Support team have always been there to assist on both detailed and the most trivial matter at all times. Even the more computer illiterate person could be talked through a repair or reinstall in the majority of cases"
